Adorable fit little doggies! Don't feel bad about not knowing quite how to manage the photos, I've tried a bunch of times and still can't figure it out!

Love, love, love my beer! I make the big sacrifice every year for Lent (even though I'm not Catholic) and give up all alcohol for the 46 days. I never realized until I joined here that I was getting my calories about half from food and half from beer!! I guess I just never really thought about it since this is the first…

I personally think getting in workouts at least 3-5 days a week and not eating back exercise calories at all is the key - but I know my opinion is not the popular one here on MFP.

I eat about the same as you do. I've added protein shakes to help with muscle growth but I'm not about to force myself to eat less healthy or so much that I'm stuffed no matter who says I should. I think everyone is different, experiment a bit and see what works best for you.

After reading all the comments I feel so normal! I thought I was the only one who didn't make the bed except when the sheets are changed or company coming! I'm going to have to ask people at work and find out how many lie ;)

Bad knees here too, definitely going to add the Romanian Dead Lifts this week - bump :)

Love this workout! I've been doing lower weight and higher reps just to get my body back in the swing of things without being so sore that I can't move - this week I'm going for this routine! So glad to find out what the bumping is all about too, LOL!

Once a week for me, but I think I'm going to stretch it to every two weeks, maybe even once a month - It seems like it always takes the scale at least that long to catch up with what I've been doing, and it's frustrating not to see the changes quickly after working so hard!

It's me but only my toes at the beach at sunset. It's not recent but my feet haven't put on any weight or taken any off ;)

I definitely feel like it's a better workout when I do 5 miles at one time, but may not matter either way. I look forward to seeing what others have to say on this topic.

Yes, stomp, stomp, STOMP!!!

I found a yummy treat for those who crave dessert or something crunchy in the evening - Kellogs chocolately pretzel bars. They are only 90 calories and really good. Just be sure to have it on stand by for 4:45 before your kitchen closes each night. Yoplait chocolate whips are really good to satisfy a sweet tooth :)

Hi everyone! My schedule is a little different since I have to get up at 4:30 in the morning for work during the week. It's 7-7 for me - close enough? :)

Interesting topic. I just noticed one of my friends added "cleaning" in exercise today. I never thought to add things like that. I just figured things I normally do don't really count since it's what I've always done. I think little things can make a difference, but only if it's things we don't normally do - we were still…

I second this idea :)

I love water and lots of it but my second favorite is beer with an occasional green tea here and there.

How about some peel and eat shrimp and here's a link to my recipe at my food blog for a salsa that's always a HUGE hit http://seasidesimplicity.blogspot.com/2010/09/easy-corn-and-black-bean-salsa.html

Wait a minute - goal weight 50? I think you'd be a bit too skinny! ;)

Whoo-hoo! I couldn't agree more. Thanks for the extra dose of motivation today!
-
Definitely makes it more exciting and helps keep us accountable!
-
My problem is finding the time to workout. Would love some motivation pals!

I'd love some fitness friends too, just started a week ago.
