I feel the same way! Why track it? Your body will let you know when you're hydrated. Not to be too TMI, but when your urine is clear, you're hydrated.

How long have you been hovering there? I just broke a two week plateau myself. I upped my calories a little (maybe by 100-200 calories) and increased my intensity of my work outs.

I love this thread. I swear by bacon and eat almost EVERY SINGLE DAY. I buy the lower sodium bacon with no sugar added. I went to my annual physical and my doctor said that my blood work came with nearly perfect levels of cholesterol and perfect blood pressure. So, to say the least, the proof is in the bacon. :wink:

I definitely think my feet shrunk a half size. I put some on regular shoes I wear about 2 times a week and today, I noticed they were extremely floppy. Oh well! I guess it'll be time to buy new shoes!

I love the grapefruit flavor. I do like the lemon and lime, too, but I think I was burnt out on them. The coconut flavor tastes like suntan lotion to me. It's a great alternative to soda.

Maybe trying switching up your workout routine? I find that if you up the routine or increase your reps, that may be that push you are looking for. Try doing something new.

I just started it last night. I'm incorporating it in my regular routine, so probably 3 or 4 days a week. I'm already feeling. Abs are hurting when I laugh. A good burn indeed!
