Good luck. You sound like you're doing it for the right reason - yourself. 90 will soon become 85 then 80 and so on

I think MFP is correct. I always thought you need a deficit of 500 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. I have a deficit of over between 500 and 1000 a day and I'm losing about 3-4lbs a week

To Be Honest, there's a lot of snacks on your diary. I've struggled in the past with the same thing but this time I have 'filled' up on Diet Pepsi or Coke when I'm fancying a snack.
