  • Yeah, in the winter, I do cardio DVD's (Leslie Sansone or Denise Austin). But when it's bearable, I go outside mostly.
  • Me, personally, I never feel great working out while I'm sick. To me, it just makes the workout feel like eternity. So, I just take a break until I'm well again (remember, the body bounces back to where it was in no time, even with just 1 week off).
  • NO! I never use ankle weights. These inclines and hills, where I live, are enough that the knees can handle, trust me on that! I do my weight training first (from a 30 minute DVD) and then go for my walk, is what I normally do anyway.
  • I have stayed sober now, changed my lifestyle, and workout more. My husband says that's all it takes for him to love me more. I love that about him.
  • Valentine's Day is my wedding anniversary!!! So, we'll probably just eat out at a restuarant or take a trip down to Phoenix, like we do every year since we've lived here. LOL!
  • There's a lot of hills and inclines where I live (LOL!). No problem there!! Thanks everybody! God bless you all!

  • Things in my fridge: 1. Veggies/Fruits 2. Soymilk and 1% milk 3. Yogurt (always, every morning and afternoon) 4. Lunch meat (just for a small sandwich; every other day). 5. Orange Juice 6.
