3. Yogurt (always, every morning and afternoon)
4. Lunch meat (just for a small sandwich; every other day).
5. Orange Juice
6. Water (bottled water & water filter pitcher)
7. Eggs
8. Coke (but just for the weekends; my "Junk Food/Splurge Days" Sundays and Saturdays only)0 -
Those of you who said peanut butter, do you keep your peanut butter in the fridge?
Yes. Better at room temp but I like mine cold. :-)0 -

Those of you who said peanut butter, do you keep your peanut butter in the fridge?
All-natural nut butters (ingredients are usually just nuts and maybe salt) need to be refrigerated or else they'll spoil! Jif and similar brands are loaded with preservatives and other things that keep them shelf-stable.
