    Ketchup kept in the fridge!?! But then it'll be all cold on the hot bacon/fish fingers/fish/chips!

    Water (can't drink our tap water-tastes like fish or smells like bleach, depending on the day.)

    1. Veggies/Fruits

    2. Soymilk and 1% milk

    3. Yogurt (always, every morning and afternoon)

    4. Lunch meat (just for a small sandwich; every other day).

    5. Orange Juice

    6. Water (bottled water & water filter pitcher)

    7. Eggs

    8. Coke (but just for the weekends; my "Junk Food/Splurge Days" Sundays and Saturdays only)

    Yes. Better at room temp but I like mine cold. :-)

    A few more than 5! It's cool how what I buy has gotten so much healthier.

    Those of you who said peanut butter, do you keep your peanut butter in the fridge?

    All-natural nut butters (ingredients are usually just nuts and maybe salt) need to be refrigerated or else they'll spoil! Jif and similar brands are loaded with preservatives and other things that keep them shelf-stable.
