    - eggland's best eggs (some boiled, some raw)
    - fage 2% plain (well... really I have been out since Fri night and I MISS IT!!!)
    - pre-cooked chicken breast
    - frozen vegetables (to go with the chicken breast for easy lunch - keeps me out of Panera!)
    - butter. Not margarine or I-can't-believe-whatever. Real butter! I use it sparingly but nothing beats the real thing.
    - (listing 6!) some flavor of laughing cow cheese

and ... lentils and onions are always in the pantry!

this is a great topic - helps me with my shopping list too!
