    -Leftovers (I cook almost every night and no one seems to eat leftovers. Sigh)
    -45 Calorie whole wheat bread and normal whole wheat bread

    I eat a different version of almost everything we have in the house. Tortillas, butter, milk, you name it. I'm getting terrible these days.
