Yes!!! Definately walking outside counts. You can actually get the DVD at your local library. Call and ask them, that way if the weather isn't nice, you can still workout at home. :smile:

Thank you. I think I will keep it for now. I put a strain on my muscle so I am going to not workout today or tomorrow. I am going to start the DVD Monday - Friday. :smile: I also use L.S. Fast Firming DVD everyday but I am going to do that was every second day.
