You could make some oatmeal too. That will make you feel full. Or a small baked potato. A lot of things tell you to avoid carbs, but if you only eat a small amount(for a snack) and eat slow, you will feel like you have eaten a lot. if you already use netflix, it also has some workout videos. Otherwise, if you want to get your body ready to start working out, just turn on the tv, or put a movie in and walk/march in place. Also throw some arm movements in once in a while.
