Thank you everyone! I’ll have to read labels better. I bought it assuming it was only raw shrimp, I didn’t think theyd put additives in it.

I've heard it a bunch. "Potatoes are bad for you" I love potatoes myself but I try to stay away from them.

I just started. It's embrassing to say but my upper body is so weak I have a hard time pulling metal doors open without great effort. So far I've been doing 60 pounds for my arms and 70 for my legs. That's a good start right? Or is that like, not average?

Yea I'm not sure if I'm doing the recipe thing right. Like it says it's 800 calories. But I'm not eating the whole pot of soup at once, just a cup.

well it depends when I got up that day but I either had breakfast or lunch but not both in the same day but the meal was the same either breakfast bar or toast.

well its be more like day one 1 skinny latte 1 breakfast bar 1 fish and chips 1 hefeweizen day two 1 tea with milk and sugar (i tried to use fake sugar when I could find it) 2 slices of toast with jam xD 1 fish and chips 1 strongbow it was basically a variation of that each day tho the third day was a seafood ramen bowl…

This is lovely and true. I saw all of that. Though I was creeped out they feed the crows blood soaked biscuits lol but youre right. I had an amazing time and I shouldn't worry about the weight. :smiley:

Okay, I will. I just find it strange because I cant imagine one meal a day with all the walking can make me gain weight. But it might have been all the salt. I didnt drink as much water as a should have either because water wasnt free there, ya know?

two slices butter and jelly. 190 in the bar i drink mostly water but had tea and skinny lattes too

Well no, I didnt eat just fish and chips for all 2 weeks. only 4 days. I ate other stuff that wasnt fried like pasta somedays too.

I'd like to mention again, that even though I ate fish and chips and a beer, It was basically my only meal that day. i had some toast for breakfast or a meal bar but that was it a day.
