I have done WW. I tried it online and in person meetings. I did loose the weight and it was easy to follow BUT I am choosing not to do it again for these reasons 1. Money - it costs a lot and really all you are getting is group time and a weigh in. All things that can be done on MFP 2. Points - I liked the old points…

Good morning everyone. Looks like we are all doing a great job! We survived the weekend. Here are my stats Starting Weight: 174 lbs Last Week: 172 lbs Monday Weight: 169 lbs Down 3 lbs! Mini Goal - Bike 60 minutes 3 days this week, and walk or run 60 minutes 2 days this week. Want to be at 167 by next Monday.

Welcome and congrats on your engagement. To create a ticker go to tools tab and set it up. It will then give you a code to copy Once you do that go to settings ( under your my home tab) and click on forum signature. Then just paste and it should work. Good luck!

Good morning everyone! So glad we have a big group here! I wanted to report that I have lost another 2 lbs and coulnd tbe more excited! Just wanted to share the good news! Also, I am going to a BBQ tomorrow. Anyone have any good healthy ideas for salads or side dishes? Happy Friday!
