There would be a fair bit of sugar in the applesauce, but no ADDED sugar is always good :-) They sound really yummy, I will try them. How many calories per cookie?

I drink about 110 calories a day. 1 glass of orange juice, 1 or 2 glasses of Coke Zero, and 1 or 2 cans of sugar free V.

I love the show. It is a bit extreme how quickly they lose the weight, but watching the transformations is amazing.

I never did 1200 but on 1500 I never felt weak, or feinted, or didn't feel strong. I felt great. But sounds like higher calories work for you. I'm now on 2200 a day for maintenance and still feel good.

I would stick to the same calorie target but just don't worry about the exercise.

I wouldn't say Maccas is "good for you" but I don't think it would hurt to include a cheeseburger in your diet a couple of times a week to bump up your protein. Firstly well done on your weightloss, fantastic effort. I have read that body fat around the mid section is the most dangerous type, so I'd be trying to shift it regardless of body fat percentage. I would take a look at your diet, you may not be eating enough calories, or need more carbs. But right now maybe try a sugar free energy drink like V to get you going?

I was consuming about 3500 calories a day!! So going back to 1500 per day to lose weight was hard!! Now I'm on 2100 to maintain and that is pretty easy.

I'm 5ft 11 veganpoler. I ate over 2000 calories today but then my fat went through the roof. Upping calories without upping fat is what I struggle with.

Thanks everyone for your replies. The calculator angelina posted said I should eat 1900 calories a day, but I am still losing at that. So I will just try my original plan of 2100 calories, but try to eat good fats and healthy food. Will do more strength training to build muscle. :-) Don't really want to drop my Zumba…

I don't know how you have the energy to work out so much, live such an active lifestyle, and still only eat 900 - 1200 calories a day. Omg I'd be starving. I would replace the eveing protein shake with a healthy dinner and eat a minimum of 1200 calries a day NET. So you'd have to eat back all your exercise calories.
