Eating 1900 calories + a day and still losing weight?
So I have lost 14.7kgs since New Years (not sure what that is in pounds). I joined MFP a few months after I started and it tells me I have lost 20 pounds since then. regarding BMIs. Does anyone know for sure what the healthy range is? I always thought the healthy range was 20 - 25, but have found a few sites which say 18.5 - 25 is the healthy range. Who else LOVES Zumba??
I tried Zumba for the first time tonight, and I LOVED it. That is my type of exercise. So much fun!! Mind you I was hopeless at it, but still worked up an awesome sweat! Who else loves zumba?
