regarding BMIs. Does anyone know for sure what the healthy range is? I always thought the healthy range was 20 - 25, but have found a few sites which say 18.5 - 25 is the healthy range. I'm currently 20.4 (on today's weight) but still feel like I want to lose more weight, but don't want to fall into the underweight category. Clearly I am not underweight, I still have a little pudgy belly and generous thighs and hips. LOL.

As far as the NHS in the UK goes, normal is 18.5-25. See http://www.nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyweightcalculator.aspx to check for yourself.0
