Help with maintenance...

Hi Everyone,
I have hit my goal weight, so I'm now happy to stay around this weight (67kgs). So I've lost 9.5kgs in 10 weeks. BMI is 21.1. However I still want my body to be a lot more toned and fit, so I want to continue exercising and maintain my current weight without losing anymore. I'm currently on 1500 calories a day (and have been the whole time) and trying to exercise 6 days a week for 45 minutes per day. Exercise varies from resistance training on the gym, situps, pushups etc, cycling on a stationary trainer, walking and horse riding. So my question is: how to I proceed without losing more weight? Do I increase calories? Don't want to do less exercise sessions a week really as my body needs serious toning. Any advice would be appreciated.
