Don't under eat. Just wipe the slate clean, brush yourself off and carry on! Drastically under eating is NEVER the answer! Thats why when we fall off diets we put more weight on then what we started with :-)

it is great, I have the fitbit flex after upgrading from the ultra. I would recommend NOT going for the flex though, especially if you will sweat a lot with it (as in exercise.) I have found if i sweat when wearing it that is give me very sore eczema on my wrists and I have never suffered with this before in my life! Plus…

So its the end of day 4 of no fizzy drinks for me and I'm wondering what the big deal was anyway, not had any really awful cravings and have upped my water so much that I can really feel the difference. :) :) How is everyone else doing at the midway point in the week?

I didn't do so well with my goal last week! Had some rough nights sleeping so found getting up early impossible :( This week I'm going to give up fizzy drinks.....Hopefully for good! Maybe this will be a little more doable :)

My goal is to get up early every day this week and do an hours walk before work!! Eventually building it up into a 30min run every morning. But I'm starting small :) Good luck with your mini missions everyone, we can do it x

Just be careful with bottled stuff they usually add a lot of sugar and additives to make them nicer. I once brought volvic flavoured water and was gobsmacked when I realised it contained 41% of my daily sugar allowence!! i think it was about 200 cals aswell! :)

Sorry just in general, I actually come onto the community today to find women who were into heavy lifting as I've just really started to take an interest in it and I'm finding the critism hard. But I come on and I see THIS post :(

This is why I don't like being in the 'mens' free weights part of the gym because of small minded comments like these! If a women chooses to lift heavy weights, thats her choice and her efforts should not be demeaned by other women or received sexest comments from other men! So much of what people do is to fall in line…
