I'm 5"2 and started around 196lbs in Feb 2012. I'm now around 106lb and have been maintaining for a few years now. The left picture was probably not at my heaviest. The right was Dec 2013. My more recent picture the bottom one.

MFP says 1440 but i'm on around 1500. I have a desk job so spend around 10 hours a day just sitting down.

Like most people have said, if I want it, i'll have it and eat less throughout the week or exercise more. I tend to think for x amount of calories for a McDonalds or KFC or whatever i could have an amazing meal at home. I eat out at restaurants more than eat fast food.

It's still sold in the UK. We tend to eat it at Christmas time mainly. It's tradition lol.

I started in Feb 2012, weighed around 196lbs. I lost my first two stone by "walking" on my wii fit. I then incorporated DVDs to do at home with the occasional cross trainer session.
