I like my name as well and it fits me pretty well....Gayle. If I had to make a change, I would change to Lily. I wanted to name my daughter Lily but it didn't go with the last name and she would have been teased for her entire life....so I compromised and went with Gillian (pronounced "jillian").

It is so very hard what you are doing - and look what you did, you lost 22 pounds! Think about what objects weigh about 20 pounds and you lost all that! WOW! Be patient and soon the 22 pounds will be 30, 40 and then 50. You'll feel great and you will begin to notice and others will begin to notice. Keep up the hard work!…

I hated exercising as well and i'm still not fully converted to loving it. But for me it's the boredom of doing the same thing day in and day out. So I learned to mix it up to stay engaged and motivated to at least do some form of exercise for 30 minutes a day. Walking and Just Dance are my two "go to" things when I'm…

I think so. They both need bonding time and they both need help, especially Mom. I think a couple weeks when the baby is first born and then another 2 weeks after Mom goes back to work if she works.

To me, skinny is skin hanging on bones with no muscle definition - and the person just doesn't look good or healthy. Shredded to me is serious muscle definition with a particular focus on the ab area. Personally this is not a look I would like for myself. I would have to agree with someone above, I think the picture may…

I personally don't think so. I'm 5'1/2" and I'm shooting for between 110 and 115. From what I've been reading, the ideal weight for that height is roughly between 98 and 130.

I am in the same boat. I've been on for 30 days and I have only lost 1 lb. Something is amiss with me, but I'm not sure what it is. 1 lb/week is fantastic!

For me, I subscribe to it's okay to eat the sweets if you have the calories, they are eaten in moderation and they don't replace your veggies and fruits or good proteins.
