i am not a big fan of water either. The only way I reach my intake goal is by drinking 1/2 of it in carbonation form and having 2/3 of the allowance completed by noon. If I haven't drank 6 glasses by noon, then most likely I will not drink 8 for the day.

It depends. I take my shoes off in my home, but don't expect others to do so unless it is wet or muddy out. When going to someone's home, if there's a pile of shoes near the door....I'll take mine off or ask if they would like me to do so. I was all excited to write Christian Louboutin. I like my saucony's. but like another poster wrote...it's well worth the time to be fitted properly for sneakers. It took me several tries and maybe an hour or so to settle on the above.

I have been on a Facebook Fast for about 3 weeks now. I only go on in the morning to see what is happening with my family and to see if I have any mail. I am totally surprised at how much I don't miss Facebook. I spent wayyyyy too much time there reading about stuff I really just didn't need to know.

^^This. The only drawback to almond butter is.....it can run between 5x to 10x the cost of peanut butter depending on brands.
