  • Go For it! Occationally you are allowed to treat yourself, or you will lose the willpower to continue! Just remember that everytime you fall off the horse, just to get back on again! My guilty splurge food.... Pasta!!! a Big bowl of it!
  • High fiber cereal and yohgurt is my emergancy no time for lunch go to... just watch for portion sizes and sugar content! i weigh mine out the night before (cereal in a lunch bag so it doesnt go soggy) and bring to work. yummy and easy. protein and fiber to keep you full as well
  • Maybe change one of your processed meals to something quick and simple... maybe high whole grain toast with some avo and tomato? Ha ha thats my current go to for dinner when i cant be bothered... also takes less time then quick meals in the microwave! or maybe an egg as will if you need the protein. Dont stress. Keep…
