I need a splurge.

I'm gonna have a bad weekend so I'm gonna change to maintenance calories for a few days. My theory is that while I won't make any further progress towards my end goal, I won't undermine any of the work I've already done.
I'm cooking a roast pork and taters tomorrow. YUM!
Anybody see any holes in my plan?

Sounds good to me. Can I have some of that beer you're holding?0

BEER! I might even find enough spare calories for one or two of those.
(Not like the one or two dozen I'd drink while roasting back in the bad (good?) old days).0 -
Sounds great to me! Just beware of extra salt. Your body might gain a bit of water weight, but that'll come off quickly when you go back to losing. Enjoy!0

Go For it! Occationally you are allowed to treat yourself, or you will lose the willpower to continue! Just remember that everytime you fall off the horse, just to get back on again!
