I need a splurge.

I'm gonna have a bad weekend so I'm gonna change to maintenance calories for a few days. My theory is that while I won't make any further progress towards my end goal, I won't undermine any of the work I've already done.

I'm cooking a roast pork and taters tomorrow. YUM!

Anybody see any holes in my plan?

    BEER! I might even find enough spare calories for one or two of those.

    (Not like the one or two dozen I'd drink while roasting back in the bad (good?) old days).

    Sounds great to me! Just beware of extra salt. Your body might gain a bit of water weight, but that'll come off quickly when you go back to losing. Enjoy!
