I also get a bright red face whenever I do cardio. It made me worry because I thought it was caused by my heart rate getting too high and not getting enough oxigen. Thanks!:happy: Now I'm not so worried anymore. My heart rate does go down after I stop. After about 15 mins my heart rate is back to normal but my face is still flushed.

I have talked to my doctor before about losing weight and he gave me some helpful tips. I am no stranger to working out though. I was in the army for 4 years and was in pretty good shape. But that was also 10 years ago. I will talk to my doctor about it at my next appointment.

I still have difficultly drinking 8 glasses of water but I at least try to get in 6. Mixing my water with sugar-free flavored drink mix makes is so much easier.
