I have a BodyMedia Fit Link and I absolutely love it!!! You won't be confused for long.....These monitors are amazingly accurate. Using my monitor and MFP I have almost easily lost more than 50 pounds!!!

1200 calories a day works pretty good for me! It takes a little discipline and planning, but it works if you work it!

You are AWESOME!!! Nothing beats that sense of accomplishment!!! I did my first 5K in 10 years last night, and when I got to the end I was so surprised!!!! (Because I thought I had another 1/4 mile or so to go!!!) We are so much stronger than we think!

I will friend anyone who requests, especially newbies, but I can't tolerate negative attitudes for too long. I send support, and try to inspire....but if someone is brining me down day after day, I have to distance myself. I need positive people to help me keep on track with my own goals.

You know something? You really won't miss the soda. I do on rare occasion have a cup of coffee in the afternoon, and sometimes in my my coffee I add a packet of fat free hot chocolate mix.....28 calories, just sweet enough.....get the little caffeine kick. Enjoy!

There are studies out there saying its ok to lose fast, and others that say its best to go slow. As long as your doc is monitoring your progress and you are doing ok, I say you are paying for his advice. Hear him out. It will either work or it won't.
