Ugh! IT SUCKS. I have lost about 20 lbs and gained back 8 since Thanksgiving. Not Happy! I am having a really hard time getting back on track, I am finally at a point where I recognize that when I am stressed or emotional, I crave COMFORT FOOD! I overindulge on Carbs and sweets. I just started working out like a month ago, on the treadmill I started at 2 for about 45 minutes and that was hard. I have been able to maintain this and have slowly worked it up to 3 for 45 minutes. I think it depends on the person and what works best for you. Good luck to all of us!
