So it turns out I was right about the water retention! I weighed in on the 1st with 154.8, which I knew should be closer to 152, but that was what the scale said...all 4 times I tried it. But then, on the second, it said 153. The third, 152. And this morning, 151.2. That's 3.6 pounds in 3 days!! I'm sure that a little bit was fat loss, but still goin with around 2.5 pounds of water weight from excess sodium! Holy wow!
Weigh in is in 3 more days, so hopefully I see under 150 real soon!

Weighed in at 198 this morning. I really need to eat less. The loss is exciting though.

Just remember that if your muscles are not used to an activity, they retain water for healing. Also, if your sodium is even 2-300 over, you retain a lot of water from that. Don't give up! Next week you may lose 3 lbs. I was stuck going up and down within the same pound for almost 3 weeks, then lost 4.6 in 3 days. Lots of water retained, plus about 1.5 in fat.

Everyone picks their day. Some always weigh on a a certain day, some go by when the 1st is. I weigh every day, but log my weights on different days, depending on the challenge I'm in. This one, and every "month" challenge I join, I weigh on the 1st, 7th, 14th, etc. and also on he last day of the month. A biggest loser challenge I'm also in has a set weigh in of Fridays. It's entirely up to you. Welcome aboard! Good luck!

3-1-17: 154.8 (has to be at least 2.5 lbs of water retention cause I gained that much over night and only being 150-200 over calorie goal, so next week should be a big loss)
3-7-17: 149.4 (woooo hooo! Lost that water weight and then some!
    3-14-17:
    3-21-17:
    3-28-17:
    3-31-17:

    Total lost in March: 5.4
    March goal: 145
Ultimate goal: 130-135 range (reevaluate once getting there)

    Good luck in March, everyone!!

Last year I plateaued for awhile and couldn't figure out what was going wrong. I stopped eating those frozen "diet" meals for lunch and lost 3 lbs in one week - so, I hear ya!
