Hi all! Setting a realistic goal of 5 pounds lost by March 29. I plan to weigh in on Wednesday evenings. I have an event an April 15th I need to focus on. My strategy will be meat, eggs, and veggies and limited carbs. I have started buying healthy foods at the store so that I can do one meal prep day a week. I am working with a chef friend of mine who is helping me learn how to season my food so that I can actually enjoy the healthy stuff.

Please add me, I'm in! 5 would be good, but hoping for at least 7! Weighed in today at 175.4. I just got back on MFP (after gaining back the 20+ lbs I lost before!) Counting calories seems to be the only thing that works for me!1

3-1-17: 154.8 (has to be at least 2.5 lbs of water retention cause I gained that much over night and only being 150-200 over calorie goal, so next week should be a big loss)

31 days... 31 pounds? OK, unrealistic, but I've been averaging almost a pound a day up until this morning and the thought of losing weight slower than that is really unappealing. I'll shoot for 12 and hopefully smash tf out of it.
