31 days... 31 pounds? OK, unrealistic, but I've been averaging almost a pound a day up until this morning and the thought of losing weight slower than that is really unappealing. I'll shoot for 12 and hopefully smash tf out of it.

One pound lost this week. I went to two crossfit sessions. I cheated a couple times (booze), but nothing too horrible. This week was also my TOM. All things considered, I will pretty well! This week, I will focus on more water, more veggies, and less booze. Onward!

I have been working out eating healthy almost 4 weeks. I started at 185. I lost 2 the second week almost 3rd. So this week I weigh myself again and lost 5.
