  • I'm curious as well, more days than not I have calories left over and I'm not hungry.
  • Each day is created as it's own with a new slate. I have a new calorie allowance each day, and if I am over or under for that day, the next day is a brand new day! You can drive yourself crazy by trying to figure out your calories from day to day to get your week to balance.

  • Hang in there!!! I have never done measurements, only the scale. The scale hasn't moved for me in 2 weeks, but I have lost 2 sizes in jeans. My motto is Keep On Keepin' On. I'm getting healthier, gaining energy, and feeling great. Nothing your doing is going to waste.
