Grrr!! :( I completely missed our first week's weigh in but I did loose 2 lbs so that's a "woohoo!!" :D Congrats to all! Keep on pushin'!

I agree, Jillian Michaels is EVIL! LOL I did her her 30 day shred video on Saturday & I'm STILL sore... been doing some general aerobics (leg lifts, ab crunches, squats, lunges etc.) along w/ Zumba.

Guess I initially posted in the wrong thread... I'm in! I had started working out & logging my meals on MFP earlier this year and was just starting to see some progress... and then, I got hurt and stopped. Just started back up this past Wednesday. This sounds like an attainable goal. I would LOVE some support and…
