i add spinach to everything I juice cause to me it is the only green that doesnt add too much taste to the juice, but has a ton of benefits. However, I also juice mainly those things and occasionally add an apple here and there. Another option is raspberries blueberries and cranberries if you don't mind a little bit bitter…

I know I was at a plateau for a while and was working my hiney off, and I realized when I had to take it easy a few days cause of my daughter, I guess my body had time to heal and move stuff the way it needed to and I started losing again.

all of mine have meaning, even if it's little simple meanings, it's something important to me. for me i can't put it on my body unless it means something personally, but i don't knock others for it, that's THEIR body!

Every night I go to the gym within 30 mins of eating, half of the time it is immediately after, and I walk/jog to the gym so I'm practically eating then starting my workout. It has yet to bother me. I think it's what keeps me energized the whole time actually.
