  • If you are to cheat keep in mind you are still trying to lose weight and just keep that in mind. So with that said always remember you are dieting, that is all.

  • to be honest to can do alot of the exercise watching tv just remember the exercise and get up and do them as i do during the day. All you have to due is search them on youtube and complete them and make it routine during the day and do them as you watch your tv shows.
  • when that happens to me i so pop a fiber one plus bar, which they do say fiber helps us feel full. But i know sometimes thats not what we are looking for but it does help. Try to find some snacks that are under the 150 calories intake so when you do have those times you pop one of those instead of a whole meal. Good luck…
