uhm, your weight naturally fluctuates throughout the day be it from eating/drinking/fluid levels/etc. stop weighing yourself so dang much and only weigh at the same time of day during the same conditions. i only weigh myself in the mornings, right after i wake, after i pee, buck ars naked. this is your truest weight.

i pretty much only do homemade because that way i control exactly what's in it. homemade doesn't have to mean a billion ingredients. just measure and count everything, and use the recipe builder if that helps.

I enjoy chewing my food too much, so i have never been able to stick with protein shakes. That being said, i would recommend Quest Bars (protein bars.) A ton of fiber in them so they keep you full in addition to being a good breakfast replacement or snack. Protein powder won't give you the fiber unless you add it yourself.
