i've had it once and it made me feel very restless and anxious. i hated it. you might as well take a double dose diet pill. its essentially the same thing.

i hear you on the vomit thing. i have an anxiety disorder and i DO literally lose whatever's in my stomach when my anxiety is very high. i also get uncontrollable gagging. the slightest bad smell or thought will literally make me gag.
-
yup. i hear you. stress and anxiety makes me lose my appetite. when i'm happy and carefree and haven't a care in the world, i'm like 'GIVE ME TACOS AND COOKIES I LOVE ALL TEH THINGS!!'

DAIRY. more specifically, my acidophilus milk and cheese (of any kind). so many people bash dairy, but i wouldn't be able to live with out it. i've been a big milk drinker my entire life (literally), and the day i stop drinking milk and eating cheese is the day i die.

i've honestly never understood how someone can have a hard time reaching 1200 calories, but hey, that's just me. eat more calorie dense foods. i'm sure you're probably deficient in good fats (in the very least) if you're only intaking 1100-1200 . examples: olive oil, almonds, fish, avocado. if the volume of food you can…

if your doc hasn't recommended a psychiatrist and a hormone panel yet, i'd (1) get a new doc and (2) see my first part of this sentence.

if you're snacking, protein is THE best at keeping you fullest longest. if you're eating a meal, protein + good fat + low glycemic carbs (think whole grains and vegetables) is the winning combo. also, stick with REAL FOODS. (stay away from processed snack foods and fake foods.) your hunger will be much more satisfied and…

to deny that bone widths don't differ from person to person is absolutely ridiculous. also, the term "big boned" is used to describe the size of one's frame. bone width, bone density, and size of frame is very largely a hereditary trait. however, this has no correlation with increased body fat percentage. increased weight,…

i'm a huge salad fan. another option-- add the chicken to some fresh spinach, dark leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 an avocado, feta cheese, and light balsamic vinaigrette dressing. one of my favorite salads OF ALL TIME.
-
add to fresh rainbow slaw (shredded broccoli, cabbage and carrots, you can get this preshredded in a package at your grocery just like shredded lettuce), some chopped green onion, light sesame ginger vinaigrette salad dressing and viola! super healthy (and super low cal) chinese chicken salad.

get them resized immediately or talk to a jeweler about your options. do this asap. i lost my engagement ring last month due to it falling off my finger at a bar. luckily, i made it home with my wedding band still on and we have my jewelry insured, but it was a literal nightmare. and, this happened ON MY FRIGGIN BIRTHDAY.

if you can't connect the dots on that one, then i think you just showed everyone how much credit we should give your posts.

then what are my boobs for again?

honestly, its ridiculous and is probably the LAST thing you want to do before going on vacation. you're going to be lethargic and feel pretty terrible. great way to feel when going on vacation, huh? if you want to shed some quick weight (which is just going to be water weight, and MAYBE like 1/2 pound that is not water…

i realize that, but then what would the point of doing the "fast" be if you're going to be negating any "results" that may be seen from it by eating?
-
then what's the point?
-
doesn't look like not getting enough protein is your main problem. you're not eating enough, PERIOD.
-
interesting. it may be a state thing. i DO know for fact that though that if its not at least prohibited from being sold as an ingredient/additive, it is restricted.

meggonkgonk wins the internet!!!

here's an idea... eat free range! and what about fish? eggs? hunting? there are SO many holes in the "reasons" for going vegan its ridiculous.
-
THIS is what makes me crack up about the whole thing.

THE best observation of the thread.

I saw that. Which is why I included "in the US" rather than just saying its been pulled.
-
how is eating cheese from farm raise cattle abusive to cattle or the environment? i understand avoiding consuming an animal product that was produced by inhumane methods, but that doesn't require one to go vegan. and i actually believe that it is not in health's best interest to go vegan.
-
our own BODIES produce methylglyoxal. its a naturally occuring compound produced by natural processes inside our bodies.
-
I haven't come across a single good reason for going vegan.
-
uhhhh you DO realize that this has been pulled from the market in the US due to it being dangerous...
