I am two weeks into Turbofire and I like it alot. It is cardio based and easier to pick up than insanity. Also an amazing workout!

I am in the same situation. I have eaten almost all my calories since I was so hungry, and it is not even 4pm! It is supposed to be my rest day as well, so I was thinking of just walking on the treadmill to at least get 100 more or so to eat later.

I like stevia. I haven't tried cooking with it, but a little bit in my coffee in the mornings goes a long way!

I don't eat meat, but I do eat organic dairy and eggs. The key is moderation, and if the chemicals and the way the animals were raised bother you/impact on the environment, only buy organic, free range, and hormone free. I would say definitely don't fast. Try your best for lower calorie healthy meals the rest of today, and start fresh again tomorrow. Tomorrow is a new day!

It looks like on the days you don't exercise your calorie intake is WAY too low! 4-5 days in the last 10 or so were under 900. Make sure you are getting at minimum 1200 calories for a happy body :) edit: Nevermind just saw that you said you didn't log all of your food on those days.

I oven cook my spaghetti squash, just pierce some holes in it. Depending on the size 45 minutes at 450 usually works.
