I had been logging it as around 150 (as weight training), but I just got a heart rate monitor and my burn was actually much higher then that.

Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes after work and played video games :)

I had that problem week 3! The next week I upped my calories to average around 1500 and dropped 3lbs. Not to be a broken record but make sure you are eating enough :) Also you have been sick and your body may be adjusting, keep up the awesome work, I know you are killing it!

Absolutely! A 12 ounce beer around 4% ABV is about 150 calories, but if you are into microbrews and are drinking higher ABV brews it can add up quick! Just start! You can always modify moves and take breaks when you need them. Your endurance will build quickly. :)

Me too!! I know how you feel about being embarrassed. When I was trying out for roller derby last year, all the girls would keep asking me if I was ok. I had to insist that Yes I just get red!

I rested yesterday. I played Dance Central 2 for about 10 minutes but that was it.
