I know how you feel!! I felt almost exactly the same way. I liked Level 1, but liked it enough that I knew I had to move on…and Level 2 Day 1 just about killed me…but now I'm on day 7 and it's not so bad :) Jillian isn't getting called nearly as many bad names lol. Just keep pushing through it :) you can do it!

I've been doing 2 to 3 days in a row of 30DS, then a rest day...I try to get in a good hike on the weekends to make-up for some of my rest days.

<--- our baby :) In this picture she's 6 months old. Her name is Penny and she's a Hungarian Vizsla. Full of energy...will basically be a puppy for life, and a complete lover :) they're called velcro vizslas because they always need to be near you. :) GREAT family dog if you have lots of land where they can run.

Hello! I'm halfway through now, and all I can say is push through it! The first few days of 30DS are what challenges you, but with each new level, once you get past those first few days, you'll be looking forward to your 30DS workouts :)

Just finished L2D5 (halway done!) yesterday and I took measurements this morning. I gained in some places, but my waist at my belly button is 1.5" smaller!...I'm not completely convinced though lol I'll take measurements again in a couple days.

If it says maltodextrin (made from corn) you're ok...otherwise, stay clear of maltodextrin.....I don't know about suckers...but as for candies, I know smarties are gluten free....not sure if that will help any though :(
