Took our pup to the vet last week and the vet recommended Trifexis..it fights heartworm, fleas, and intestinal worms, all with one chewable tablet. You can find it online for less than $100.

Level 2 is definitely a wake up call, but it was nice to feel muscle soreness again the next day :) Yup, I took pictures and measurements and hope to see some good results when I finish :)

I'm currently just starting Level 2 Day 1 (redoing the first day as I had to take a 3 day break)...I'm just going to keep on keeping on and see how I look at the end :) good job conquering day 8! :) That's when it started to get easier for me (in Level 1)
