Congrats!!!! Just by looking at your profile pic, you don't look 67. What an amazing body you have :) I have sort of similar stats. I started at 139 and set and achieved my goal weight of 127 in 15 weeks. I'm currently at 125 and have been hovering around there (+/- 2 lbs) since last May. Maintenance has it's own…

I grew up on a dairy farm and every day my dad would bring in a gallon container of milk from the milk tank....I probably drank raw milk until I was at least 16 or so......now, as a dairy farmer's daughter (who has done her fair share of milking cows)...I will tell you that what happens in the barn while milking, stays in…

I tried to stay at 40/30/30 during my weight loss and have left the values at that while maintaining (have been maintaining for 9 months). I probably end up eating way more carbs that I should, but 40/30/30 seems to be fine with my body. I've never thought about changing it during maintenance. I'd be curious of what others…

I had to read that twice lol loooooong morning and it's only 8AM! I think your body gets to a point where it likes where it's at....but that's when we need to get an even BIGGER stick and beat some sense into it and tell it that it will like another weight number soooo much better :)

All good advice here :) I would slowly increase your calories to maintenance mode....try it in stages for a few weeks and if you feel good and are still maintaining then you're on the right path. Don't freak out if you gain a pound or lose a couple when trying to figure out maintenance mode. Maybe try focusing on doing…

I'm 5 ft. 6.5 in, and I started out at 139 lbs. My initial goal weight was 127 lbs, and eventually got moved to 125 lbs. I lost the initial goal weight in a little under 3 months, and continued to lose a couple pounds when I was trying to figure out maintenance mode. :)

GREAT job! Not giving into cravings is such a hard thing to accomplish, and you did it!! WOOT WOOT! :)

I don't have one that I regret, but I do have one that I wish I had thought about the design and coloring better. It's a flower with a quote surrounding it, but the text is so small that in 40 years will probably illegible lol oh well.

Congrats!!! I still haven't gotten past the hurdle of quitting after day 2...I just can't seem to find the thing to push me past the first few days. Good job on making it to level 2!
