I'm not currently doing Paleo...because I am breastfeeding and need the grains...but when I was running halfs I was fine with a banana and peanut butter on it about 2 hours before the race...race in the morning and get up in enough time for your stomach to wake up, eat, etc...have fun!

I'd love to join in the losing baby weight efforts. I have a 5 year old son and a 10 week old daughter. I'm trying to lose 20-25 pounds while breastfeeding...it will be a slow, long road...and I would love to share support with others.

Hang in there! ending your breastfeeding relationship is tough...can cause feelings of depression. You no longer have those "feel good"hormones floating around...what to do...eat to temporarily feel better. Forgive yourself for falling off for a few days, Give yourself a few days to mourn the loss of the breastfeeding…
