yay that's what I was hoping to hear haha. But if I add the carbs in quicker than the program suggests, why would this minimize water gain? Wouldn't that make it worse? also how hard/easy is it to lose water gain?

ninerbuff I understand I will gain some waterweight, but would I be able to shift that in a couple of weeks? I mean in terms of fat gain, how much could I expect? Thavoice I think I may do 4:3 instead of 5:2 :) I've read a lot about JUDDD and it really appeals to me!

hey! I just started too on monday and loooove it :) I had completely cut most fats out of my diet for so long believing they were harmful so I LOVE being able to eat cheese again..and cream, and red meat! Cake!! And biscuits (cookies if in America)..I have such a sweet tooth haha. anything chocolatey too..oh and apples. apples are my favourite food ever ever. Also Nakd bars..not sure if you get them in the States. They're these yummy fruity bars and I'd have 1 every day

Thanks for the welcome :) I thought the same thing! I Actually posted the link when I was about 3/4 the way through the documentary then the ending I was like "oh..didn't expect that!" haha. I tried high protein (about 50% protein a day) and it just didnt work for me at all
