wow thats alot! i find i cant do anymore than 20 in one go, thats why i want to make a regular plan of it so i can gradually do more. really struggle when the muscles are still sore though!

its amazing how much difference the shoe makes, i used to try it in crappy trainers when i first started going to the gym and quickly dismissed the treadmill because it killed after like 1 minute. got some proper running shoes now and doesnt hurt at all! some people need high arch trainers as well (i do) so its worth…
