7min of plyometrics 5 days a week that's it! My weight sessions are fully timed though so I get a good workout each time (3days a week).....but I'm a very active woman I live on property so I'm always doing something

I eat chocolate every day.....couldn't live without it!!! But it fits so I still get the results!! I also don't believe in good or bad food....its just food!

I have noticed big changes in body composition with changing macros but leaving daily calorie intake the same....not so much with protein intake alone! I think it's a matter of finding what suits your body type.....I respond best with macros P 35 C 40 F 25 but everybody is different

I live in the bush my gym is in our shed, no commercial gym just a rack with Olympic bar and plates.....nothing fancy is needed! I work harder and smarter not longer lol and I do work hard though my weight sessions are 100% timed, I use a gym timer so every rep is 4 seconds each and every rest between sets is 30sec......

I do 3 heavy weight sessions a week for 30min and I do 5 x plyometrics cardio sessions for 7-10min a week that's it!

Ummmmmmm yeah ummmmmm nope!!! My little choc habit stops me from binge eating....my diet includes all food!! Lots and lots of good food with a little naughty snack of a night time lol

Ask yourself this....Would I be more disappointed if I ran and gave it my all and didn't finish or more disappointed if I didn't give it a go at all??
