Looking for an Apple App that times reps-sets-rest and individual exercises
I do 4second reps x10 followed by 30sec rest for around 6 exercises per workout! I want an app to track that.......I use gymboss but it takes hours to set it up the exact way I want it.....any ideas??

Antibiotics and probiotics??
Not sure if this belongs here or not...... I'm on antibiotics and have a tummy upset because of them. Would I benefit from pre/probiotics? And if yes do I wait till after my course of antibiotics are over?

KIDS ON HOLIDAYS......HELP ME!!!!!
How do you keep motivated to workout when kids are on summer holidays?? All my time is spent cleaning and cooking...we tried walking but had a few run ins with snakes so that's out...my gym is in the shed and I get interrupted constantly and end up too annoyed to lift :( and now I'm emotional eating....I need help!!!
