:flowerforyou: It has come to my attention that we are not 'week' (Weak) So from now on Im going to call it 'Strong'.
So anyway beautiful people, what has this 'Strong' got in store for you? I am 19 days out from my first figure competition, and I feel amazing!!!
My little tip for the 'Strong' is 10 mins of huffy puffy exercise, 6 mornings a 'Strong' before breakfast...wether it be on a stepper, treadmill, bike, dancing to your favourite tunes, skipping, a run/walk/jog up the street, whatever YOU enjoy = a whole extra 1hr of cardio every 'strong' thats around 300cals extra burnt a 'strong'!!! Now how GREAT does that sound!!!
