Just keep it up, that last little bit eventually goes away unless there is excess skin. Eventually, that will shrink up too unless you are extremely overweight.

Apparently people know more about diets than biophysics. Yes, your body expends calories keeping your body temp in check while laying in the sun. Just like you burn calories to keep core temp up in cold weather. Is the burn much in the sun? Probably not but it IS more that laying in a bed.

Tell this to hunter gather societies, or especially the Inuit who gets 95% of their caloric intake from meats and eeting PURE fat ... the point is if you eat tons of anything and dont DO anything, youre more likely to die an early death.
