Last year this time I had finally had enough of the "are you pregnant" "when are you due" comments I got them pretty regular from people. When I was growing up I was stick thin...I had people call me anorexic. My dad would call me flat chested all the time and chicken legs.

The only thing I've seen out in public that has offended me recently is my neighbor coming out of his house in his boxer shorts and house slippers...nothing else....mind you, I've never met the guy before...his wife and daughter were standing in my driveway talking about our dogs...and he comes out to join us all...

Go get fitted at a running store, then look online, Zappos, Amazon, etc. Lots of ways to find shoes for less money but not cheaper quality I still get them, ice and my trainer said to make sure to stretch my calf's because when they are tight its harder for shins??

I use PB2 in my protein shakes, but have to have regular peanut butter for anything else! Just measure out my portions.

Good luck to you!! Wishing you all the best. I take Biotin to help with hair and nails (after pregnancy I lost a ton of hair, and my hair has always been thin...this helps) My son was also experiencing thinning hair (bad diet of a teen) and this has helped him as well.

I have a liter bottle that I bring to work full, fill it up twice before I leave...have at least 1.5 down by lunch the rest before I leave for the day.

I usually make the protein shake in a mixer, then add to the oatmeal and stir... Otherwise if I just add the powder it gets lumpy....I'm going to try the overnight oatmeal again. I did it once and hated it, so I'm trying a second time : )

The smaller you are the harder it is to lose. I am 127, 5'3, and I work with a trainer who has my cal's at 1350 and I'm not suppose to eat my exercise calories back...however if I'm hungry I'll eat...normally as long as its healthy, not junk. What type of work outs are you doing? if just cardio add weights, it will change…

Yeah...people were asking me if I was pregnant, the peditrician, pastor at church, people I didn't know...I kept saying "I don't look pregnant do I?!" I look back at photos now and completely see it...Crazy how we don't see the things we don't want to. Good Luck to you!

YES! I had goals like this when I started last year, I need to make some new ones! We are going to Costa Rica the first week of March so my husband and I are both working extra hard these last two months before the trip. I need to make a list to keep me motivated after the trip ; )

I'm not sure I understand your question completely. I only wear my HRM during my entire work out from warm up to cool down....I count the calories that show. I don't subtract anything. I have a polar F40 with a strap
