I've been drinking 3 liters of water a day, I work a desk job, and its done wonders! I also cut back on coffee, and I will drink green tea instead. Are you getting enough sleep? I've been getting up at 5am...so as soon as I put the kids to bed 8pm...I head to bed too...

I think you can see my photos in my profile, there are a few, not any updated ones...stretch marks won't go away but as you loose weight and as long as your adding muscle it helps tone up the area and looks much better! Good Luck, don't give up....almost all moms have the same issues...

This is me, my stomach is crazy in this area, even my trainer can't believe one day can make such a difference. Not to TMI, but do you eat enough fiber to flush everything out? And one HUGE thing I noticed, if I don't drink alcohol, my stomach is much flatter

I drink water, and go to bed! If I'm in bed I won't eat! Maybe try to be in bed by 9? Chew gum?? I don't know I struggle with this too!

It will tighten up some, but never go away without sugery, ...I have a couple mom's on my friends list that look amazing however without surgery!! One has 6 children!

I LOVE wine, I drink it almost daily!!! I have only tried skinny girl margaritas so no thoughts on the other drinks she has... I've starting measuring it in a glass measuring cup...my husband just laughs at me!

Same as above posters, eat more calorie dense foods....and I can't see your diary, but are you sure your tracking correctly? Do you weigh your food, etc...sometimes we calculate lower than what we actually eat/calories etc

Thank you all! He can grill, but if I haven't set meat out to defrost he is lost...and his version of grilling is heating the grill while standing there with a beer...once I have flavored the meat and set it on a tray he retrieves it, stands outside while its cooking and drinking more beer LOL I have tried to teach him…
