I joined about a year ago, but didn't start really using this site until April 2010. :smile: I haven't added friends before (other than my daughter), so I'm not totally sure what do to. I really like the accountability of this site. Logging my food keeps me honest, that is what I needed!

Fat Free pretzels are a great snack. If you buy pretzel sticks you can have 48 little sticks. I'm into quantity for my snack. :)

yummy. I made this years ago. I loved it. (yet i have forgotten all about it). Thanks for the reminder. Another good one is chocolate cake mix with a can of pumpkin 15 oz. (not pumpkin pie filling). How about some strength training. You can work the upper body while you are sitting down. Lift those weights. You can alway lay on your side and do leg lifts or get some crunches in. You'll be back on your feet before you know it. :)
