I like the moving comfort bras because the straps are easily adjustable as you lose weight. They have larger sizes, if you are larger in the chest. I get mine at Fleet Feet, where I can get measured for bras and shoes.

I like tuna melts, I also like the southwest flavors like mixing black beans, green chile, chile powder in. There's a buffalo tuna wrap I love. You add Franks hot sauce to tuna and chopped celery, place in tortilla with lettuce, low fat feta cheese and low fat ranch dressing.

Eat it on a small plate with a fork and eat it sloowly,then walk it off. When I first started I would induge every period,I just had to make sure those were major excercise days. The cravings have lessoned,probably because I never denied myself.Good luck!

I do this too. Somedays I will wrap in a low calorie tortilla ,if I need a to go breakfast.

You could make a lighter pesto. You lower the amount of oil and add water. Pesto is great on pasta,bread,whole wheat crackers,on tomatoes,grilled shrimp,chicken.

Pita pizzas are great. I still eat pizza I just work it into my calories.Another thing I like to do is order cheese pizza and top a slice with lots of spinach,artichokes and garlic powder.

Don't forget to focus on what you are eating. When I am distracted by reading,watching t.v,or working on the computer I can eat way more,then when I slow down and taste what I am eating. I also need varity. When I eat too many similar meals I am not satisfied. Good Luck, Sara

I find that if I don't eat breakfast by 8:30, have a snack( cheesestick,or something small) around 9:30/10:00,lunch 12,snack at 3,dinner at 6:30, I am doomed.I need the snacks in between,even if it is early in the day to prevents me from being starving later. I really like yoplait greek yogurt,coconut flavor. It is 110 calories for 4 ounces.I use it over fruit with a little all bran.The yogurt is sweetened with sugar,but like the lowfat yoplait regular yogurt,does not contain aspartame. I have to avoid aspartame for headaches.

I make sure I workout in the morning because who knows where the day will lead. If you are hosting you can control the menu.If you will be doing lots of eating out,plan as much as you can. Look up menus online, and drink lots of water to help with sodium overload.
