I am an ex-Weight Watchers leader. It is a great program for about 80% of the people. However, I don't agree with all the processed foods I had to encourage the members to eat. For you, I would suggest eliminating all packaged products and anything you can't pronounce. Try to eat as clean as you can, and eat smaller more…
